it's been a VERY long week. Matt was in NYC unexpectatedly for three nights and I have had some "neck" issues....been working out and strained my neck muscle to the point of PAIN! been a couple of rough days...jack is out for spring break and the party is on.....spring is here...even though it feels like feb. outside..this week is suppose to warm up! I have been taking pixs as usuala and experimenting with some lighting....i like the turn out...been also working on some mixed media and getting ready for two shows coming up....who knows maybe I will sell something. I am constantly wondering what I "should do" with my life and wondering if this "studio" thing is the way to go or not. I LOVE creating and making my art....but I also love the idea of really making an impact and providing for my family. So it is a challenge to figure out what I will be 'doing' in the next couple of years when the "whole kido clan" in up in school. I can follow my art , or step into the work force ...it is a hard choice. I have even considered going back to school. Life is short...so I better think hard and figure it out and move on....I shall...it will take some "soul digging" but I am up for the challenge........in the mean time..check some of these pixs out! I am pleased..........P.S/ to those I need to return phone calls...I am sorry it has taken me so long...I am thinking of you everyday and will pick up the phone tomorrow and call..it's been a tad crazy at all ends since our return from chicago and I have really struggled to pick up the phone! sorry....xxxooxos

Back from the trip and landurary done, for the most part and now I have a little time to write and start concentrating on my work again. I have some great pixs to share and am working on some other products to start marketing out in the world too. I have so many ideas. I just start doing and something gets done. I am really all over the place, but that is cool, just keep on keepin' on right? The "doing" is the thing. And DO I shall.

Happy Birthday...SUPERMAN

The Anderson Chicago Trip....We did it!

We made it back! We are all alive, slightly battered due to back and forth fumblings in the car, but all in all it was a pleasant ride. The kids really stood up to the plate and sucked it up most of the time and made the best of their car seat and the dvd player amoung other things. Matt and I said several times, "we're never going to do this again" but then we would all come down and look out the window and see the country side and enjoy the ride. Had a GREAT time with the Chicago Hassels and let me tell you, my neice, Jordan is quite the gymnast.....way to go at State J. i was really proud of you! Don't know what we are doing for matt's bday....think we will probably grill out and hang low and clean with the kiddos...we have ALOT of unpacking to do....and words can't describe the car!

Spring has sprung!

It has been called to my attention...from the ones I love...that I have many typo's and such in my posting...sorry for that...I post as quickly as I can a lot of the time just so I can do it and I often do not spell check and type really fast. So...let's just say I am asking for some "creative license":)
This week is full of packing...we are going to set off for Chicago on Wednesday to see the Chicago Hassels. It will certainly be an adventure with the kids. I think they will be fine, we are cutting it up into two day trips to make it 9 hours....surely we can handle that! Looking forward to getting away and coming back to some warmer weather. I have never wanted Spring to come so bad. I am looking forward to some Spring pictures!

Last night Dad and I went to Lord of the Dance at the TN Theatre. I have to say the theatre stole the show. Thank you to ever restored it. It's beautiful. And to anyone who can who is reading, go see something there, just to see the theatre it's georgeous. The show it's self was OK. The dancing was certainly the star. The story is weak. With the "dance" the show would dissolve. The skill of the dancing is what you buy a ticket for so it's worth seeing, but if you have any experience with live performance, something huge was really missing.

I had fun with my dad thought. That's what I went for. To hang with my dad. He's really cool. I've always known that, but spending individual time with him, my own personal time, I realize it more and more. He is a walking encylcepdia and dosen't take too much in live too serious. He's from Bay Shore NY and honestly I don't think he has ever left there. His heart that is. He has gone through MANY transformations in his life but has always kept his true self. He's the bomb! Best date I've had in years:)

I have had some busy weekends the past couple of weeks and thought I would share them with you. Last weekend cyn and I sold jewlery at Nostalgia and enjoyed Amy's seventy themed fondue party! She always throws a good time. Here are some pixs I caught through the night. Opened up "Pirate's Booty" with Cyn. It is now our offical name for our treasure hunting through jewlery. We have a sign and everything.....Ahoy!

Today the sun came out.

I am tired. I have picked up a trainer among other things and now I am in the gym three days a week with him plus my own. I look forward to the results. I need to see my old self again.

Love
the color red
it burns my soul when I hear it
"I love you mommy" "i love you sweetie" I love you daughter" I love you friend"
I feel it to my bones
I feel it to my soul
Love
Red
burning my soul
it feels like mint on my lips
a cooling sensation that takes me to a place inside
a place that sooths the veins of my highway
the highway of my being, I 40 to the end of the world
Red
color of life
color of love
all color
life full
full of breath
soulfully needed
everyday
always
thank you
my love........................
