It is about to rain and Matt and Logan and Tatum have headed off to TBall practice. They are pretty much "over it" but since Matt is the head coach we really drop out with grace. They are in for the long haul! Logan told me the other day that he didn't think it was for him, even though he hits the ball like a dang pro! he is more interested playing with this friends than sports. Makes since he is only 5.
Tatum is doing it b/c she can and Logan is. She started out being the "cheerleader", but then a I think a bit of competitive spirit came running through her veins and she bought a glove. It's pink and so is her hard hat, can't take the girl out of the sport....at least not this girl! She hits like a boy..... almost as hard as Logan!
Jack is going to get out and play tennis this summer. Matt and I think he would AMAZING if he got into!
It's been too hot to go so far this summer. We are only two days in, hopefully this weekend we will see how he likes it.
Other than that it's SUMMER or BUST!
Kids have already jumped in the neighbors pools more than once, and Logan got his first "sunburn". We are new at this and figured we just didn't apply it as often as we should. It was suppose to be water proof but hey you know how that goes!
All three ducks are very cautious around the water and my mom is insisting on getting them swimming lessons. I'd rather just let them figure it out, but hey if she wants to pay for it we will show up!
We are always doing something, with next door kids or out and about finding something to get into.
Happy summer to all we will keep you posted on the Anderson Events!
Here are some recent pictures
enjoy!

Eventful Happenings
We have been counting down all week! Tatum even woke up this morning remembering it was your bday! She has been out in the garden all week with cindy ---she is such a Massey! :-)
Hope you have a GREAT day and we will be talking to tonight!
So here we are, almost summer!
The Anderson boy's are dragging themselves out of bed and to school -- Logan being the absolute worst!
Tears and cries for "mama" to come and help him.
Or the very latest is, "sign me out early, after my test", with sad eyes starring a hole through my heart. This morning was SO hard for me to push him into the doors and drive away.
Jack on the other hand is doing just what he needs to do, push on through.
Tatum is hanging in there too, sleeping in and hanging out with me until the hours pass and we start our taxi service. We have plenty to do, clean, shop, workout. The latter being the last! Oh, one day I will get it all together ! LOL
I have finally reconciled with the FACT that there are really only 24 hours in a day and I am only human. I had my twenty's and thirty's fit as a work-out queen, now I am doing what I can when I can My main goal, is to be healthy and active. Which if chasing these kids isn't "active" I don't know what is!
AND...I am starting to BOX!!! My awesome husband bought me the whole kit and caboodle for mother's day! Bag, gloves, tape! I already have a jump rope. I am going to make our garage my boxing ring!!! As soon as we clean it out, for the 6th time this year (seriously)! We had a yard sale last week and it's trashed again!
UGGHHHHH!
Since Matt has been "laid off" our days are more full. We don't get it. It seems as if we have more work than before when he was "going" to work. Our house could differently use some TLC. Matt and I are so busy just maintaining kids, and the kids around us, that we rarely get a Saturday to "home improve". Maybe the Saturday we can clean the garage and get the upstairs picked up. And that sounds ambitious.
As for other events at the Anderson house?!
We have a new addition.
meet
she was handed over to us by someone who found her and we found her owners and they wanted to know if we wanted to keep her? it's a long drawn out story, but we all, including Boone dog have gotten attached. She is SO sweet and kind. She is trained, and really a killer dog, except she likes to escape out of the backyard. We have gone after her more than 10 times, finding her every time, by phone calls or her running back after 6 hours or us getting in the car and roaming around. She's is a ninja, we never know she is gone until we start noticing she isn't around.
So, we have decided to keep her knowing that one day she may not come back. Though I am certain she likes here, she just has that "i gotta go" in her.
Every time I look at her I feel like we are in TX with the Toads. It is heartwarming and comforting. We miss them much. We were going to name her Beatrice, after Barney, Toad, but it really didn't fit her. I called her Lady Lay until we discovered her real name which is MOLLY. Now we call her, Lady Lay Molly June Dog. Lady or Molly for short.
She is lovably crazy.
I know what your thinking, the Anderson's needed another dog.
But sometimes I think things happen for a reason.
This is probably one of those times.

Jack's Birthday and the Tooth Fairy
Forgive my lack of attention to this blog. I started another on wordpress.com and am having lack of time maintaining them both at the same time. Guess I am a bit ambitious. Please check out my other blog. I switched over to wordpress b/c I wanted to upgrade my blogging choices!
Jack's bday went off as the BEST party in the neighborhood! LOTS of kids showed up and Jack had a blast!!!
We surprised him with a HUGE inflatable castle, cake and presents after school.
We party til dark, 9pm easy!
Hot dogs, beer, kool-aid and sugar! what more could anyone ask for!!!!
I am so proud of the monkey man, he is doing great in all areas and I am prouder than ever to be on his journey with him!!!!!
Anyway here are some pictures of the happenings around the Anderson White House since my last post.
We are counting down to summer and having hot days already here in East TN. Today was Logan's first T-Ball practice! I am the head coach! What an experience. Thank goodness I am good with kids....several cried and some were "better" than others. I felt pretty OK with my performance and am looking forward to the next one. I am glad to be playing outside again and I was blown away on how well LOGAN hit the ball! All the way into the out field. The ONLY one.
A mom has to brag! :-)
Tatum is working on being the "cheerleader" for the team and has already learned her first cheer. ( I am head coach on that too! wink wink)
All the kids are cute and ready to learn! It will be fun. I will keep you all posted!
Everything else is going.
Logan lost his first tooth and got 5 dollars from the tooth fairy which he quickly spent at a saturday yard sale on roller blades. He still has two dollars left over! Pretty good shopping I told him!
He is going to save that!
Hope all is well over, under, there!
Enjoy the pictures and will talk soon!
