Had a wonderfully beautiful yummy tasty perfect 10 dinner....thanks to all who made it come together...now for the the big guy.....lord help us!

being thankful is realitive I suppose....everyone has something to be "thankful" for....but not everyone is......so this year I am thankful for being THANKFUL.....for stopping in the mist of modern day chaos and watching just what really surrounds me....LOVE, LAUGHTER,BEAUTY,GROWTH,DISCOVERY,HEALTH,and LIFE.....what else more is there.....

Ah...it's Friday! It seems the weeks have been so long lately, I think it is the time change.

Time seemed stretched out like a rubber band......

i haven't taken a lot of pixs this week....been busy with doc's appointments and sick kids...but of course always looking for an opportunity...

i had my first "professional job, that means one that "pays me' this past week....it was my neighbors daughter and her family....it turned out great and they were very happy with the photos. I got paid and they were happy. that's all that counts!

I hope to do more and build on this. I really had a lot of fun. I could do it all day long...just like acting...so i know somewhere it is "my bliss" for me.

I'd do it without getting paid.........but of course rather........get paid...as they would say..."no good artist works for free"......ahhhhh, for the love of the arts...it's a blessing and a curse....a comedy and a tragedy...a rose and a thorn....the sun and the moon.....life and death....art and life....life and art....one in the same...same and the ONE...without it WE would not exist....so I carry on and do what I do among other artist...I exist and do what I DO......

Today was a Special DAY!

Logan went to his first day of "PRESCHOOL"

I dropped him off at 8.30am and left sobbing.....with smiles and memories.....secretly hoping they would call and say he wasn't ready....but I never got that call.....I called at 10.30 and he was having a BLAST....and I hung up the phone a PROUD mum....a very PROUD and excited mommy that certainly had a day of realizing that they DO grow up and what a JOY it is to watch and and what PRIVILAGE it is to have the opportunity to love all THREE of them as much as I DO .....MY LOGAN....what a ROCK STAR!!!!!! I picked him up at 12.30 with smiles going both ways and LOTS of arts and crafts!!!! HE LOVED IT! And all he said on the way home, over and over was....."MOMMY I MISSED YOU" with a big smile.

AHHHHHHHHH motherhood........

What a week. I felt more like a month. Happy to see Saturday on the horizon and very happy to sleep in. 8am sounds better than 6! If we get so lucky, Tatum went to bed early tonight........

this weekend is filled with hiking and playing outside. The weather is too beautiful to ignore and the the kids are getting ready for winter......they have recently discovered riding their bikes "inside" the house. Gotta love'em............

I cut my hair off. I feel clean. I feel different. I feel secure. I feel lighter. I feel unsure. I feel contemplative. I feel cute. I feel sensual. I feel like ME. Still. How nice to know that no matter what somewhere....in there...I am there...no matter what the outside says...or does....the inside..will always....be.....in... a... constant wave..... of ............forever.......

I am dwelling in my well. I have no focus. No way of finding my center, but hope. I have hope. I have a lot of things to do and a lot of things not to do. I find that thinking is sometimes the one thing that I "shouldn't" be doing.

Halloween has come and gone.....the night was filled with candy, hot dogs and chili and such....our neighorhood really stood up to the plate...we felt like we were back in the "old days" there were TONS of kids and parents walking around just ejoying watching the candy flow from house to house and little hand to little mouths!

I love this time of year! I am so thankful for the little stuff...the smiles, the excitment and family and friends! Here comes the rest of the "holidays" let's ride!
