a new-ness all around


winter has come and gone and spring is here


soon the grass will be green and the bees will be flying 


soon the leaves will be hiding the neighbors

grills will be cooking and the sound of laughter will fill the air 


while children find themselves blowing bubbles, digging in the dirt, and climbing trees

soon


spring will put on another award winning show


the curtain is up


the windows are up


the house inhales


the winter escapes with the wind


closets are cleaned and fireplaces swept


time to spring 


time to spring into moving in and out of the back door


while listening to the band of birds rocking out to their own favorite song and
